Patient Information

NHS regulations state that all patients are to have an Allocated GP responsible for their care. We have allocated patients to GP’s according to the first letter of their surname. Any patients with surnames A-D that were allocated to Dr Dhatariya, you have now been moved. Please see list below.

Those with surnames beginning with

C – J are allocated to Dr Sharma
Q – Z & A are allocated to Dr Nehru
This will NOT affect which doctor you can see on a day to day basis. If you wish to be allocated to a different GP please contact one of the Receptionists. Thank you.
